New Year, New You: Simple Steps Towards Your Fitness Goals

Join us as we kick off our first episode of 2023 with a couple of fitness experts.  We have the pleasure of meeting Jade Chambliss and Maigan Bartlett.  They are personal trainers at the Mecca Gym located in Meridian, ID.  Jade specializes in general health and weight loss, and Maigan specializes in weight loss and nutrition.

They share some basic techniques we can implement today to reach our fitness goals.  We learn why it's so common to ditch our New Year's resolutions by February 1 and what we can do to ensure we stick to our goal throughout the year.
